1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Stenogym ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Stenogym provides an educational platform for stenography students, offering AI-generated dictations, audio playback tools, and automated text evaluation matrices. Our tools are designed for practice and educational purposes only.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to misuse the Stenogym platform. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to bulk-download our proprietary exam databases.
• Abuse the AI Dictation Generator by intentionally attempting to bypass safety filters or sending malicious prompts.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the grading algorithms or database connections.

4. Educational Disclaimer

Stenogym is a practice tool. While our evaluation matrix is designed to mimic official grading standards (such as SSC and High Court skill tests), we do not guarantee that achieving a high score on Stenogym will result in passing an official government or professional examination.

5. Intellectual Property

The original content, features, and functionality of Stenogym—including the evaluation logic, custom audio engine, and interface design—are owned by Stenogym and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Stenogym, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of data, loss of a job opportunity, or failure of an examination, resulting from your use of the Service.
